ABC works with families to improve the quality of life for the whole family, identifying the support they need to take steps forward and achieve their goals.
At times in their lives many children and young people require additional support to fulfil their potential and increase their resilience. Our experienced and fully qualified therapists use a range of counselling techniques, therapeutic play and integrated models.
Who can Benefit?
At times in their lives, many children and young people require additional support in order to fulfil their potential and increase their resilience. Play therapy and counselling can support children and young people who are experiencing a range of issues or circumstances.
The Adoption Support Fund is set up by the government in recognition that many adoptive families and those families who are caring for a child under an SGO need support due to the complex and profound needs of their children. ABC is highly committed to providing and developing services for adoptive families, all of whom are referred to us by their Local Authority and funded by the Adoption Support Fund.
